Today I finally made it back to the gym. The last time I was there was on the 11th of March, and before that, the 5th of February. I didn’t do much, but it was important to break the ice and make the conscious effort to pack my bag and walk to the gym. I remember feeling so much more energetic when I was exercising consistently — my back pain was gone, and so were the headaches. Time to restore those good old habits. I’ll try to work out every other day until I go on vacation.
